    All reports seem positive.

Looks like he may have been watching a lot of Dwight Freeney tape because that spin sounds great.

It was on rookies, mainly, but seems to be trending up.

Never doubted his pass rush, looking good so far.

A good step in the right direction is still a good step nonetheless. Highsmith's improvement was the least of my concerns. My only concern with Highsmith is that how often will Butler keep him out there should anything happen to Ingram as Ingram is coming off one.

Unfortunately it sounded like Dan Moore was the victim of many Highsmith's successes.

yes good news totally enveloped into bad news LOL... like when Cam Sutton broke up the TD pass to Claypool today. Do I feel elated because Sutton got a PD on a talented big WR or pissed that Claypool couldn't bring that one down??? SNL presents "Deep Thoughts" lol

I think he will play very well this season and I also think our new OLB is very good at pass rushing as well..In fact I think that group is so good we will need a nascar package in long to go situations that way all 3 can play at the same time.. Which DL do we pull ? And who else could we add to the speed package ? Edmunds maybe as a stack/blitzer?

Ingram really adds a dimension to the defense we haven't had for a while, a bonafide starting LB to trio with our starting LB's. If he can squash the injury bug this season, we're in really good shape. I just hope that Butler can channel a little mad scientist and utilize the 3 in some ways no one is expecting. I mean, there's definitely no tape on them being used in our system. So for a little while, there will be little to no opponent preparation for how he throws them at it.

    I realized my mistake.

With Alex performing in camp and bud unable to.. ahem... perform.
How do you feel about the non signing

The Steelers were never going to keep Bud, you can't pay both of your OLBs big money.

Good to hear, but as Alex Kozora is pointing out, he's whipping a lot of rookies - Freiermuth, Harris, and Moore.
