+2. That was actually a rare, well-played clock management move there.

Agreed... Sure there were spots where it could have happened and those were HUGE surprises. Who really thought we were going to win coming in. Once Ben was out last week I had little to be optimistic about.

I just checked the box score and we were better in EVERY statistical category except special teams returns. Probably even dropped passes.

I might be the only fan on this board who was actually proud of them even with the loss. There didn't seem to be egregious bungled plays that piss me off. Even the big dropped passes the ravens made good hits except for the one short pass where Wallace should have tried harder.

I am more pissed about the effing tripping BS penalty!!!!

I understand the anger at not going for the 3rd and 2 inside our own 5. I knew Tomlin was gonna take heat for that after we got 3. Lefty made a good fade pass and Wallace was close on a touch catch and tap. Bad break!!!

i am always curious how much the head coach is responsible for individual plays. Isn't that why you have a coordinator? So Tomlin may get a pass on #1, and maybe on #4- can't see how it is Tomlin's fault for the offense not being ready for the play.

As banged up as we are, that was a heroic effort. I guess the annoyance is that the game was quite winnable, and we squandered a great opportunity on some boneheaded plays and coaching decisions.

I am going with Wallace,,as stated above a poor effeort on the TD pass could have got his feet in if he tried...Of course the Fumble along with poor blocking as the guy he was supposed to block was usually the guy hitting Dwyer...And last but not least that No Effort play when Lefty throwed the ball short,it was a bad throw ,but it could have been caught had Wallace made any effort.....

Left was getting murdered by Kruger. Adam was so slow on that side, I thought he was making sandwiches for that side of the Defense.

Tomlin is an average coach at best. He just fell into the right coaching job in Pitt. Wallace is worthless, a hair better than Limas Tweed. Hopefully he is gone next season. Leftwich is terrible. Tomlin is in denial. No playoffs this year.

My vote goes to Wallace. Not only did he not get his feet down on the potential TD catch (which he looked like he clearly could have done), but there was also a potential 10 point swing in Baltimore's favor when he fumbled, setting the Ravens up for a free field goal.

Multiple cylinders of the offense were off last night.
There is plenty of blame to go around but I'll have to combine the Special teams errors and the offenses errors and stick this one on Tomlin.
    He'd want it that way.

Honestly if your not a player on the defense or a coach for the defense this morning your part of the reason this went wrong.

Edit: Had to change "Tonight" to "Last night"

    Still in recovery mode lol.
