TRADE TOMLIN

This is just an idea. How about we trade Tomlin to Cowboys next season for Cee Dee Lamb? This might be McCarthy last season at Dallas. Thoughts? And who would you recommend as new Steelers HC?

If he is traded,it will be at best similar to the Sean Payton trade to Denver....Late first round pick and second round pick

Tomlin has such an ego, he thinks his s#1t doesn't stink but if he were let go, I bet what happened to Belicheck would happen to him! Never picked up. Complacency!

 

I like Vrabel. Great fit for traditional Steelers hard nosed football! Also, he seems willing to evolve with the game.

 

Disagree… Tomlin would get picked up right away. Might be beneficial for both parties involved at this time.

 

I really think they need to bring in a coordinator and/or some position guys from College. They will have a connection to the current crop of players (inside draft info) and they bring fresh blood!

If he did, doubt it would be as a HC. If he was, it's a program that isn't worth a s#1t! This will be the absolute worst season we've had with him. Mark my words!

I'd trade Tomlin in a heartbeat for Lamb. There's plenty of good HC prospects out there, I'm sure they would find one no problem

No doubt he'd have another HC gig soon as he got his walking papers, a sucker is born every day

Then why did the Titans fire Vrabel ?

 

Vrabel was a complete failure as a head coach. He was given player after player in Tennessee and didn’t do anything other than go up to New England and celebrate their anniversary and call them the best organization in football, which got him fired.

 

He sucked

 

I dont get it, everyone says they want new blood that is an offensive minded 21 st century coach, then in the same breath they want a traditional coach? WTF over?

 

Wont get much, maybe a can of Copenhagen if we are lucky

 

Also, why idiotic? Just an idea thrown out there for a 17 yr HC that hasnt done much in last decade. ??? But you are still impressed with Shades? You wouldn’t like Cee Dee? Besides all just hypothetical.
