A big number, too. The folks on "Unsportsmanlike" seemed to think the Steelers would be 4th or 5th choice for Adams in the AFC. Number one being reunited with Rogers. Other than that, he would want to go to a team with a proven QB. At 31 he's still a force, but the number scares me and what LV would want for him scares me even more.

Would DHop possibly be more effective with Pickens drawing double teams? I don't know anything about Kirk other than stats. Tough to judge the guy since their offense has been crap for a few seasons. Ideally of course, we all would hope someone would step up. CAIII teases with his God given ability but like someone else mentioned, we need to see a helluva lot more from him.

That doesn't excuse averaging exactly one reception per game through a stretch of 19 games, which would be all of last season and the first two games this season.

Took him 3 games to break 100 yards. And he has no touchdowns.

But he claims that defenses are being mean to him.

Plus giving up picks to keep building the roster. He is already causing problems with the head coach.

Well I heard from a twitter person that they told a a higher account, which told ESPN and others that the Steelers are in high demand for trading. Also other twitter users of small accounts have said that the trade is already done! And especially, nfl network and other verified those as sources.

There's also Steeler fans who believe ESPN and it's sources.

Also if you don't mind please do not question those sources. Also understand every day is a new breaking news of the trade, it doesn't matter if you heard the same thing 6 months ago. And please do not question any fans who believe it, because they are right it's a done deal due to ESPN said so and the sources are real sources.

Compensation, Age, etc. for Adams. I don't love it. Maybe one of the Jags WR's? Kirk seems like a reasonable ask, and that team is straight cooked. Could NYG be looking to move a WR at the deadline? Slayton is probably the one they would be willing to move on from. Courtland Sutton would be a fine get... I like the idea of Hopkins for a year. We really need to just get a quick fix at WR2 for the season and then fix it in the offseason long term. I think a 3 year deal for someone like Cooper or a 4 year deal on Godwin or Higgins would be best.

Its not about that. Its about who the Qb is and their best chance at winning a SB.

Really. So you are Deandre Hopkins or Devante Adams. You have been in the league for ten plus years and have made enough money to fulfill three lifetimes. You may have two or three more productive years in your career at best. Yet, you haven’t won a Super Bowl yet. Hmmm it’s not hard to draw conclusions here.

I think the Chiefs are going to swoop in and take Michael Thomas off the free agent market.

I say no, there is no way he is worth a 2nd and 5th, I would say 2 4th's (2025 and 2026 ) or maybe a 3rd, but I still think thats too high considering our success at actually drafting good to great WR's

There is a guy who has a daily podcast on YT, not subscribed yet it comes up every day because the algorithm. He was one of those who spoke if said "sources", and continues to this day of those Omar is tracking, blah blah. With the Bears likely getting out 4th pick next year, how many more do we have to give up? If an unbelievable situation occurs (Minkah) I can see Omar blasting tradition away, but that is not something that happens often.

    Davante would be awesome!!!

I wasn't big on Aiyuk, but I would take Davante in a heartbeat. When Davante is in the zone he is pretty unstoppable.

Maybe they think all they need is a coach who will let them do their thing their way. Who better than Tomlin to do that? You are underestimating the egos involved.

Wait! Help might be in the way! On 93.7 The Fan today they said the Steelers are interested in signing free agent WR, Andy Isabella, lol.
He's only 5'8" and weighs 180 but the 49ers made him their second round choice a few years ago because he ran a 4.31 forty. His first reception went for 88 yards but after 3 years in the league he only has 33 receptions.

The issue with Adam’s is that he is 31 and will want a new deal next offseason. If the Steelers are ok with that he would be a terrific addition and he wouldn’t cost an awful lot, probably a 2025 second round pick and maybe another conditional pick

I think he will go to the Jets to rejoin Arod though
