I'm not sure what you meant, but to be clear, the jets 2024 pick to GB will be a second rounder now for sure not a first rounder

    Aaron Rodgers trade fallout
When the Jets traded for Rodgers, they also received the Packers' first- and fifth-round picks in the 2023 NFL Draft. In return, the Jets sent a first-, second- and sixth-round pick in the 2023 NFL Draft to Green Bay, along with a conditional second-round pick in 2024.

The conditional pick had a chance to become a 2024 first-round pick should Rodgers have played in more than 65% of the Jets' offensive snaps in 2023.
If the former Packer has torn his Achilles, as the Jets fear, his 2023 season is over. He would not reach the 65% snaps threshold and the 2024 conditional second-round pick would remain a second-round pick.

We should trade Kenny for a second rd pick and tank for Caleb! I’m on the Caleb hype train. Dude said he wants to win more SBs than Tommy Boy

Haven't you heard? He'll go back to school before playing for a pathetic organization like the Steelers.

He’s a Sr no? Although not sure that matters. Feel like Bo Nix has been playing college QB for a decade.

LOL. That you would even bring up the idea of a team would offer any draft pick for a fourth-year running back who has done absolutely nothing makes it very difficult to take you seriously.

You had your mind made up before the guy took an NFL snap, which also makes it hard to take you seriously regarding Pickett. I'm open to the possibility. He is no sure thing, but very few quarterbacks are sure things. Even guys taken in the top five aren't sure things.

I think the Steelers should trade the fat punter and Matt Canada to the Raiders for a 2nd and 4th.

Oh never mind Al Davis is dead.

Sometimes it just comes down to luck, when drafting QBs.

In other news, Josh Allen had more completions to Jets players than Aaron Rodgers did.

I’d make Dobbs the qB/Coordinator. I think an aerospace engineer can design plays better than Canada.

People think Rudolph is better for some unknown reason. Yet he is a 3rd stringer. SMH

Mason is the 3rd stringer because of Money, and draft picks. We all know how the Steelers hate to admit a mistake. They would be mortified saying they brought in a Qb , and paid Him more , and he was worse than the Qb they already had on their team. We all know this.

Are we collectively forgetting our own starting QB is a concussion machine just waiting - or has he already? - to birth another concussion from a stiff wind? For crying out loud, we've only played one game and word is our starting QB has already had a concussion.

You have tried this nonsense before. It ignores the relevant facts. One is that the team invited in Rudolph, too. They realized he wasn't good enough and moved on. Another is that the entire NFL had the opportunity to make Rudolph their No. 2 quarterback. Nobody wanted him.

Those facts aside, no, we don't know that the Steelers are so stubborn about not admitting mistakes that they will actually make decisions that hurt the team. You believe that, but that isn't something that is known outside of your own head.

The guy has two concussions in all of his years playing football. That they happened in the same season does not make him a concussion machine. There were two occasions that he got mild concussions when his head was slammed to the turf.

Troy Polamalu had major concussion problems at USC. Between high school and college, if I remember correctly, he had seven of them. I guess the Steelers shouldn't have drafted him.
