He looked fair. LoL Fair. LoL. He threw for a 132 yards, and no tds in a loss, and He's been in the league for 7 freaking years. Enough about Dobbs

I'm not sure it's gone through yet but Brady's minority ownership of the Raiders could be a potential hiccup for any kind of comeback with the Jets.

I've been saying this for years, but I get laughed at when I seem to say it.

He keeps getting work and it was as a package deal ..I guess the question is not whether Dobbs would be the QB of the future it was basically would you take a first rounder for KP and get a do over ?

My answer is yes and Dobbs might could do well he only practiced 2 weeks and had to win the job so maybe he will do some better this week , but he would have a lot more weapons here ..

He had Bell, AB, and better OL last time He was here .
Also as bad as KFP was .....You can't give up on Hom just yet. He's too young in the league.

True I think he has made slight Improvements each season .. He can never be a star , but he may be good enough to win as a game manager ,, plus the College style Offense fits him much more than a Pocket passer 1 .. I think he can make the dink and dunk throws his problem is driving it down the field...

You want to give up on a quarterback one game into his second season, but a running back who did nothing for three years, sucking so bad last year that he was cut, should get more of an opportunity. lol

I know we didn't necessarily see eye to eye on the McFarland thing but I think you got the nail right on the head there.

I thought a 1 was to high for KP and I thought a 4th. round was to low McFarland ..So give me a 1 and I think we could do much better having a extra 1st. round pick.. Then if someone offered a 3rd, for McFarland I would take that as well ..

It's not giving up I just don't see Franchise QB ,I hope I am wrong , but I doubt it.. So it will probably go as he doesn't work out and the Team gets nothing in return.. So not really dumb to take a 1st. if you have doubts take a 3rd. for Mcfarland take what you can get and attack the draft with all the Ammo...

Do you think KP can lead this Team to the promise land ?

Brady is off his magic milkshakes and has shrunk.
    He wouldn’t survive.

Dude too early to give up on Pickett. This season will tell us or not whether he is making the leap. Jeez if we reacted that fast, we would have dumped Troy because his first year he sucked, Terry he sucked, etc. Ben, which I believe nobody will every duplicate his success again that fast, producing so fast has skewed our judgment on how quickly a QB should produce. With Canada being his OC it makes it even worse because of so many bad play calls that at times kills drives. If he had an NFL OC and continued to struggle this year then the org would have an interesting offseason to ponder what to do.

It's not a give up , but if you look at his pre draft weaknesses everyone of them where on display ..I hoped to see some improvement he looked worse than last season .. I still have some hope , but I don't think anyone has more hope in him right now than the day he was drafted That's the key to me ..

He had guys open all over the place and he missed them all differently .. Some he couldn't see, some he looked and wouldn't throw.some he threw but was late ,some he threw but was early..He was to high he was to low..I mean not just the stats the actual play he looked horrid and if all it takes is 3 Deep zone and load the box to make him look like that he has little to no chance in the NFL..

We will see as he is going to see it again in just a few days..

Built in reason to visit the sweat lodge and transcend the physical while contemplating time as an abstract construct that has coalesced in the form of changing actors to play Jake from state farm.

If he had teammates he had played with for a long period and the team was close, he might at least start the effort and think about it. That he gave back all that money, has few relationships on the team, if I were a betting man I'd say he hangs 'em up. Then again Rodgers has a different mind set, taking a mind blowing dark weekend he may hear voices saying go for it, but I don't think he is that nutty. lol IDK about football, and each injury is different, but some guys in basketball have been out 18 months or more, this is not something you just come back from easily.

To literally add insult to injury because Rodgers will not play in 65% of the Jets snaps this year, the Packers have been awarded the Jets #2 pick in next year's draft. lol

I had to read this 3 times because I couldn't believe that you think another team would offer a 3rd round pick for Anthony McFarland. He was on the practice squad all of last year and could have been taken by any team in the league for nothing. He is in his 4th year in the NFL and has a total of 140 yards rushing. Do you think some GM out there is thinking "Man we are so close to being a championship team, I think I'll offer the Steelers a 3rd for Anthony McFarland". " He's the missing piece in our run to the Superbowl!"

Um he did average 30. something on Kick Returns that may be enough for that in a fair market , but no he couldn't get a 3rd. it was just stating I would take it if offered.. No one would offer a 1st. for KP either...

    Insult to injury?!

How about more devastation towards the agony! Packers made out like Bandits! For that matter, @S.T.D@S.T.D alluded to this all Off Season; as did many others.

For that matter, let this be a lesson for teams wanting to push all their chips to go all in because of the QB they have. It simply is not sustainable and the 2021 Los Angeles Rams should be the biggest of exceptions to the rule in the NFL.

Everything that could have gone right for the Rams in 2021.. did go right.

Brady didn't look that good last season behind that Tampa Bay OL, the Jets OL isn't much better.
