Only problem is his current contract but I wanted us to draft Glennon over Landry Jones. It's apparent Bears really like Mitch. They need a cheaper back-up with experience. Could also use some WR prospects. They got injury ridden Cruz and Wheaton. If we could maybe get Glennon to rework his contract for back-up money for hopefully being the starter when Ben retires.

Landry, One of the many WRs we got, Pick for Glennon and Fuller.

Glennon has the tools. I like Landry Jones as a back-up but that's it. I think with a year or 2 behind Ben. Glennon could be our starter while Dobbs is still learning. I watched Glennon shred our secondary even though everybody does.

You know that Patriots have this old QB, he's something like 40 now, but he got stater experience. They'd probably like to get younger at that position. Maybe we can package Dobbs and Golson and get their old guy to come in a backup Ben for a year, as insurance.

You lost me when you said, "while Dobbs is still learning." I don't expect him to ever be the franchise. When Ben retires, they'll draft QB in round 1

Glennon just got his first big payday, he's not reworking his contract. He also sucks, I wanted Fuller when he came out but he's injury prone and he might get cut.

Well Ben is probably retiring in a year or two. So I'd like to think they are thinking ahead or we are going to have some really bad years.

I mean most of NFL contracts aren't guaranteed. They could cut him next year and only be on the hook for 6 million in dead cap which will probably happen. He's not happy in his situation.

Mike Glennon with his 48.2 QB rating so far this season? He's playing like Dobbs but without the excuse of being a rookie.

Dobbs, Glennon, Jones : what do these 3 have in common?

Name 3 QBs who won't succeed Ben Roethlisberger . Ben's replacement is taking 9th grade algebra right now,

Some would argue that Ben retired last January. He just keeps showing up at the facility.

If that's the case, then Pouncey will be snapping the ball to.....no one for 3 or 4 years.
