I give it a thumbs up for just having Mastodon, and Gojira at the top.
I also seen both of them together one year. With Gojira opening for Mastodon.

 

Damn. I haven't seen Mastodon yet. Saw Gojira once a couple years ago. I miss concerts glad they're coming back. Vokonis reminds me a lot of Mastodon.

 

Absolutely LOOOVE the Bloodmoon Converge/Chelsea Wolfe collab!!!! I love it when bands can can change up their sound AND it works.



Except for the Mastodon and Converge, I havent heard any of the other stuff.

 

I havent seen a show since March of 2020. Very thankful for youtube.

Miss it.

 

Yeah I like like it and it's so much different than Converge's other stuff. The bassist is the vocalist for Doomriders which is another band I really like but hasn't been active for years.

 

Nate Newton. No relation to the former Dallas Cowboy. Hahah! Doomriders do rule!!!

Converges Jane Doe is still in my top 5 of all time records. And they are still incredible live. Never gets old.

 

Forgot about the Cowboys Nate Newton. God damn that OL was great.

Cool band to see live. Must be loud AF.

 

Seen Mastodon 3 times.
Once Opeth, and The Ghost opened for them. I won tickets for that one.
Gojira opened for them on the next time I seen them, and the last time I seen them Eagles of Death Metal opened. LoL. That was strange really.
