Alright, so it's closer to 30 than it is to 10. I wasn't going to even do one this year because when I started listing, the listing was just way too long. But I'm too excited.

*20. Curtis Brown - Would have been very high on my list, as someone who needs to turn the corner this year. I still think he has all the talent and his issues are mental. Hope he gets some preseason action.

    19. Alan Baxter - Just want to see what all the fuss is about.

    18. Mike Golic, Jr. - Sort of replaced Embernate as a guy with a realistic chance to make the PS, and so he replaces Embernate on my list.

    17. Joe Long - He's Jake Long's little brother. Of course I'm curious.

    16. Ramon Foster - He's slimmed down. Will he still look like he's running in an instant replay?

    15. Terry Hawthorne - I liked what film I saw on this guy. I hope he gets healthy, he seems like a fit here.

    14. Arnfelt - RAAAARRRR ARNFELT RAAAARRRRR!!!

    13. Cameron Heyward - Just checking in :)

    12. Robert Golden - Both starting safeties are injury prone, and both backup safeties are off the team. Heard good things about this guy and he's shown promise while looking like a rookie. Hope he's stepped up.

    11. Landry Jones - Hated the pick the second we made it, and have tried to like it since. Am failing. He seems like a good, smart guy, but I'm just not sure he has the arm or the intangibles. Maybe if there weren't so many other great options at that time in the draft I could get over it easier. But the stories I've heard from camp sound bad, so I just hope he looks at least like a non-disaster this preseason.

    10. Justin Brown - What I've been hearing about this guy is much better than what I expected. At the rate our starters are leaving this place, we could really use another late round steal.

    9. David Paulson - Excited for this guy to see significant starter time.

    8. Marshall McFadden - Stevenson Sylvester - Vince Williams

One of these guys will probably start a game for us this year. And I think a different one will end up being the starter in the future.

    7. Markus Wheaton - Yay.

    6. Shamarko Thomas - So psyched to see this guy on the field, even if it's only as a gunner. Can't wait for him to light someone up.

    5. Alameda Ta'amu - Hebron Fangupo

I really want Ta'amu to win this battle, but he's going uphill.

    4. David DeCastro - Yay.

    3. Bell - Dwyer - Redman

I'm almost as excited to see the slimmer, lighter veterans as I am to see the rookie. I think it's Bell's job to lose by the 3rd preseason game, but these guys are going to put up a bigger fight than ever before, and that will help us all season.

    2. Adams - Gilbert - Beachum

On top of all the left side/right side stuff, I called BS on the idea that the coaches were thinking about benching Gilbert, but apparently Beachum got some reps with the starters the other day, and Gilbert went with the 2nd unit. It's my opinion that no one, including the coaches, knows what the hell is going on, and we're ALL waiting for the game so we can see stuff sort itself out.

    1. Jarvis Jones - Jason Worilds

A month ago I was just hoping Jones would look like a decent player. Now I'm excited to see what has turned into a real position battle. As long as they both stay healthy, there's no way we can lose. I like both players, and would be stoked to see them share time all year.

    Oh, and no injuries.

I like the list, agree on Landry, but I think you left someone out...... WR Moye, He's 6'5" and from what I'm hearing he's catching everything. Could be Plax's replacement.

Arnfelt is hopefully destined for the PS. He'll be battling Nick Williams for that spot.

It will also be interesting to see John Parker Wilson and his big arm. Oh, and Gilreath impressed last pre-season, will he continue that this year?

Besides that, pretty much everyone that Snack mentioned. :smiley1:

What about the epic punter battle between Moorman and Butler? haha Honestly though, Tomlin is quoted in saying that the battle in camp this year between these two is "intense." Im not sure how intense a punting battle can be, but I guess we will see!

Frankly, I just don't see JPW's role on this team. He might be playing better than Landry, but is he playing well? Bottom line is, no way do they cut Landry, and no way do they keep 4 quarterbacks.

Since we're talking PREseason I will say

Dunn is my number one guy that I wanna see

Cortez is probably my number 2

    Bell is probably number 3

    Wheaton is probably number 4

    Decastro is probably number 5

Woodley is probably number 6 because I wanna see what sorta shape he seems to be in

Worilds is probably 7 because I wanna see how hungry he is

MCClendon is 8 because I wanna see him push the line

Jarvis Jones because I wanna see how ready he seems

Landry Jones because I wanna see if we find any potential in him because so far he doesn't appear to be anything special.

Congratulations, BFT. You kept your top 10 list to...10. By my count, Snack's top 10 list consisted of 28 players - lol. ;)
