No mention of Kool-Aid, Cooper DeJean, Kalen King, Kamari Lossiter etc....

Although, I think I would find a place for Storm Duck just for his name

We'll see after the combine. Right now, no Kool Aid, Kalen King, Lossiter. I like DeJean, but for a safety, middle of the field DB, not boundary, so not a pure corner imo.

2024 winner of best name in draft: Kool-Aid Mckinstry

I’d actually be good with him in 2nd-3rd round

My list is vastly different personally. For me, either Kool Aid or Nate. Kamari Lassiter of you elect a more well rounded option. Cooper DeJean should be the best but using him at that spot is no different than using Minkah Fitzpatrick there circa 2018.

Like Mink, gonna need a creative DC to max out his potential. As much as I would like it to be the Steelers, Teryl Austin has already shown me he is way too personnel dependent and not schematically capable enough to make adjustments to combat major weaknesses; the seemingly never ending torture of Tight Ends to name one.

Don't be surprised if TJ Tampa finds himself within First Round discussion before long. This Corner class is way too top heavy and very lean depth wise. Don't think he enters Top 20 (though I could be wrong) but he is definitely someone to watch go between picks 21 to 32.

As far as comps go?! A Supercharged Martin Emerson from Mississippi State.

there are some gems throughout this class. as we know it depends on if teams make runs at the position and when that run begins. i want speed and guys that can play the run well and can operate in zone or man equally as well. multi-faceted type players with a nasty streak. aggressive but not grabby like JPJ.

If he is available at 20, I want Cooper Dejean over everyone else. That said, I don't think he'll be there.

I know many see him as a safety. I think he is just an all around DB who can play inside/outside or Safety. He is a footballer, period. And I like those.

If he isn't there, then Kool Aid or Tampa I'm good with. If none of the 3 are available, I'll take a Tackle.

Mitchell is standing out at the Senior Bowl, don't be surprised if he becomes a first round pick.

Dwight McGlothern is a first rounder hiding in the 3rd round.

I draft him every time in the 3rd. But my sense is once all the reviews are done, he'll be a late first early 2nd.

But if he stays till the 3rd, please draft him Steelers.

Steelers have officially met with Cooper DeJean, Kamari Lassiter, and Terrion Arnold at the combine, along with safeties Tyler Nubin and Calen Bullock. They've also met with safeties Tykee Smith, James Williams (more a S/LB hybrid), and Javon Bullard (and others) unofficially.
Adding Sanristal, Wiggins, and McKinnistry to the list. Five of those cbs are first rounders.

I like him, but he's more of a zone defender, and we are looking for press man. If they intend to use him at safety or as a nickel, so that Minkah can do his thing, I would be okay with that.
Also, he's coming off a broken leg. Probably not going to work out at the combine, or even at Iowa's Pro Day.

I heard those guys on SNR Lolley and Williamson say they would take DeJean over Jackson Powers-Johnson at #20.
