    I watched the highlights of Toney and noticed he used two numbers in college, # 7 and 17. Did'nt know they could do that.

    He's a local guy too here in Pittsburgh. He went to Valley High School in New Kensington.

    really good run blocker that we have lost. tough over the middle. they will work with him. nice speed for his size. :cool:

    They compare him to a Boldin type player,,so maybe keeping the passes short will help his catching,,,Sweed had too much time to think about catching the ball,,,just zip the damn thing in there = no time to think.

    Unless he totally flops and/or one of these camp body/PS guys break out...or a cut from another team comes in...the guy should make the team. They lost 2 WRs from last year (Ward/Battle)...and they will probably carry at least 5 this year...possibly 6 again...so there are 1-2 spots open and for the taking.

    BB Flenory - now that's a name from the past. Played against him in jr. high school. I think he put up 60 points against us.

    He put up 75 on a another team in the league that
    he played in at that time I think Valley was Quad A at the time. I too was
    of that era, he was a great great BB player. The Baron.
