Not my job to do research on coaches, Thats what Steelers management is supposed to do, and they refuse to do it

I think Tomlin at least kept the team together through a tough season, at least we can't say they quit trying.
I think the Tuitt injury was bigger than most on here think, with the way Tuitt started this year this defense could have been great instead of good.
Tomlin has been a HC for quite some time now and he still has clock management problems, he still sucks at challenges and the Steelers routinely under perform against weaker opponents especially on the road. After all these years I would have more confidence in his coaching abilities if I was seeing improvement in these key areas.
Tomlin will stay but Fictner sucks and has to go even if it upsets Ben.

They've tried to plug in every high draft pick, spend bucks on outside players, give up a number one pick in hopes Tomlin can win. Tomlin has had a stacked deck practically every season and he still underachieved.
This season was 8-8 because of a weak schedule, number one draft picks practically the entire defense.
The opening game when the Patriots crushed an uninjured Steelers team. That's Tomlin product. Seldom has a team ready at the start, loses playoff games because hes a slow starter and cant win the obvious games.
They talk about his record of never a losing season. They never talk about the records he gave up. Losing to division teams in playoffs. Losing when your defense gets five turnovers. And many more streaks he's snapped.

Right so you are saying while fighting for the season they are looking at the scoreboard and when they see Tennessee up by 7 they just quit. Makes sense

Let's hire a new guy with Ben only having 2 years left, changing the offense and defense .

I didn't say they quit, but even if they had won it wouldn't have mattered.

Obviously. But the point is this game mattered to the Steelers and to the Ravens it was extended Pre Season. And the Ravens clowned us

Packers seem to be doing ok with a new coach and veteran franchise QB.

Fool this offense is only capable of scoring 1 TD a game, eventually the lack of talent is going to catch up to you.

Who cares? They beat a 4th string QB in Duck, I would be more impressed if it was against Ben.

The few folks showing support for this disaster of a coach tells me one thing...Tomlin and his family certainly know how to post to a message board!

One example, how are the rest of the recent coaching hires doing? Even Gruden the 100 million dollar HC had a losing season .

They need to sign a veteran QB next season, we need a Charlie Batch type of backup.

A disaster of a coach is Cleveland, they had all that preseason hype talking AFCN champs and Super Bowl, they had a losing season and fell flat on their faces.
