I’m really not sure what you folks need to watch to determine this guy is unable to get us over the hump. He just wasted 8 years of Bens almost over career but I guess we can all sit back and watch another!

I was waiting to see would bite on that. I’m thinking Belichick is soon to retire.

He’s our coach. We can’t change that.
All I can do is cheer and enjoy the games. And if it’s no longer enjoyable I’ll do something different.

It's not going to happen. Tomlin is going to be around for a very long time. One or two or even three losing seasons in a row is not going to get him fired.

He would have to eat a couple small immigrant children for the Rooney's to get rid of him.

We are a top contending team. The way we go only 9-7 or worse this year would be due to key injuries. Tomlin is years away from being in any trouble.

People always say that, but it doesn't mean much. Once you get your foot in the door in sports coaching, you pretty much have a job for life. Nearly every coach who gets fired gets another job immediately. Right now the only offense that would get you axed AND blacklisted would be some kind of sexual offense. Heck, no one even cares that Bellichick cheats, they just deify him. Yet another example of the sports world being the exact opposite of the real world.

He should stick with being a weather man then. I bet he is great at it, there should be a job opening soon.
