Shows how little you know about Tomlin "haters" and competition in general. Our record 3 games into the season isn't the issue. We could be 0-3 and in fine position to make the playoffs, especially with this year's expanded field. You apologists act like we have to go undefeated to accomplish something. We don't.

We need to get better each week. Early games, especially this season, are for putting things together, getting timing down, and gaining trust that your teammates will be where they are supposed to be, doing what they are supposed to be doing.

If we win the next game and exhibit the same behaviors and gaffs that we have been for a long time, as players AND coaches, I'll be back here complaining. I don't need a loss to be able to see problems. If you do, then you know less about football than I thought

Great game by all involved. I feel bad for Tomlin. He finally challenges a play that he clearly should have won, and he still doesn't get it. it's almost ike the league is f*&%ing with him.

Yeah, apparently the guy supposed to blitz actually blitzed and the whole defense started working again. Crazy how that works.

Well they didn't have Decastro in the first two games. They pulled Decastro and TE at times last season. Decastro is one of the best pulling guards in the league.

Just admit that you didn't know or recognize when they made halftime adjustments. Sometimes they make in game adjustments. It's not simply half time adjustments.

All secondaries/pass defenses are liabilities in today's NFL. The rules are slanted towards passing. That's why having the ability to pressure the QB is so important.

I don't really know what this "big boys" thing means? Especially in a league where all teams have the talent to compete and win. The Steelers showed the ability to compete with any team.

No no no I believed you claimed that Tomlin was, "out of his depth as a HC".

And you'll keep apologizing when we lose. We're supposed to kiss Tomlin's feet when we win and look the other way when we lose. Can't have your cake and eat it too.

Players make mistakes sometimes, I heard it was Hilton that was supposed to blitz against the Broncos.

Oh stop with the BS. The nature of the NFL is that it's difficult to gauge how good or bad a team is from week to week. There are several reasons why that's the case.

I am sure every team attempts to improve. Sometimes teams start fast and fizzle out. Sometimes injuries play a role. Many factors involved in the ebb and flow of a football season.

There isn't a perfect football team or people out there. As a result, they are going to make mistakes. So just keep complaining. IMO, constantly complaining does not make me feel better. If it makes you feel better then good for you. Understanding why the team loss is a much better philosophy to have then to be a chronic complainer.

Lmao at your nonsense. We had no continuity on offense last season. Trying to compare our run game last year to this year is ridiculous. And I'm sure attempts were made at adjustments, but you didn't see any success at it last year, or much in years past. And it's also funny when I give Tomlin credit for something and you STILL whine.

All secondaries are liabilities? Watch some football or ask a grown up to help you understand the game before sounding like a moron.

And "big boys" means the elite teams. Sorry if football conversation is too difficult for you to follow. Take a remedial football course at the learning annex if you can't keep up. See, there are teams that are actually more complete and potent than others. It's a lot to understand, isn't it? Keep trying, you'll get it, someday, maybe.

You forgot one thing about adjustments. Sometimes they’re really minor and hard to spot. The games are few and far between you have to make huge wholesale adjustments at halftime. As you said they’re frequently incremental adjustments throughout the game. I would bet 90% of the people whining about the lack of adjustments couldn’t spot one if their life depended on it.

Btw, 2 penalties for 14 yards today on the Steelers. So that was cleaned up. Credit to Tomlin if you like although I tend to blame it on the officiating. Sometimes they like to make calls and sometimes they don't. I think it's a mistake to try to look for anything that makes sense.

I follow you. We would need to watch film to get a better understanding. Sometimes all the adjustments that are needed is to play better.
