My believe was that it was Hairball being Hairball. Probably thought there’s no way we would get it together and wanted to stomp on our necks. Don’t blame him, but the coaches know this rivalry well enough to not underestimate the other team

I will just say this, watching the games on tv is totally different then in person. And the reason I say this is because you don’t see on tv how Tomlin goes up to players after they come to the sidelines, all the tv does is shows him standing there shell shocked or whatever. Seeing it live you can actually see him coach.

Now onto Canada, he is horrible, I’m a firm believer that if you are a Coach you need to be on the sidelines, all Canada is, is a play caller and a horrible one at that. I want to see if an OC gathering the troops on the sidelines when the defense is on the field.

however this is just my personal opinion.

Go back and watch American Pie, you don’t score until you score!

Then go back and read my comments. I said the Ravens were out played in all three phases in the second half. Steelers missed out on points because they made some timely stops, but KP and company more than doubled Baltimore’s yards in the second half.

Harbaugh didn’t have his team prepared.

Wherever the credit is due, they made Lamar Jackson look like Just A Guy. Limited his running too outside of the one play Highsmith jumped inside. Yeah they were helped by the drops, but they really limited a very explosive player to almost nothing.

I didn't feel like we beat the Ravens or out coached anyone. It felt more like the Ravens somehow figured out a way to lose to us. Credit this win to the Ravens in my opinion.

    1) Steelers completed the most splash plays.

    2) Overcame a LOT more bad or non- calls. The Turkeys weren’t flagged for ANY penalties until late in the 4th quarter = total BS.

    3) I still stand that we should have had a TD on the blocked punt. The robbery and BS rule interpretation was like the Jessie James catch/fumble stolen from us.

    4) Football is 60minutes (not 30 min)- they dominated the 1st half, but could only manage 10 points. We cobbled together a winning 2nd half and much better 4th quarter.

That’s the story of the game.

Football is 30minutes for me too. I fall asleep in my chair for the other 30 minutes until the grandkids wake me.

Yeah, that comes down to preparation and coaching, especially during the week leading up to the game. I can buy if one guy has some drops, but with multiple players are making mistakes that tells me that hairball didn’t have them prepared to play.

The Ravens did make some huge, unforced errors, but those are part of the game. Fitzpatrick's holding penalty that wiped out Highsmith's sack was also an unforced error. He was in good position and Peterson was right there with him on the receiver. He held the guy, but he didn't need to do it.

The missed call against Maulet was awful. He had his hands on Pickens before the ball arrived. He definitely interfered with the receiver's ability to get to the ball. He never turned around. That is textbook pass interference.

How come nobody is talking about How the Ravens had their players catching rugby balls instead of footballs. Could that be some of the problems.....would that not be on the Ravens coaching staff??? Funny how if it's the Steelers....it's the coaches.....if it's another team.....it's the players. LoL

Rex Ryan went off on Harbaugh for having the receivers catch rugby balls out of the jugs machine. He said their hands were too wide when they dropped all of those passes yesterday because they are used to catching rugby balls that are much bigger around than a football.

correct - they dropped at least 14 points worth of passes, maybe more,

we got torched in the secondary, it may have been fixed by Goddell, that is how BAD it was!

harbaugh needs to go, so does tomlin. they both are WELL PAST any prime they had

I like DJ’s methodology of practicing by catching tennis balls. Makes more sense to me.
