This team is a joke on offense there is No Way the Steelers come away with a victory in the Playoffs! This organization needs to move on from Tomlin. I am starting to wonder if this team can do anything on Offense? I think Pickens wants off this team. He play tonight was Terrible! Heck maybe A.Smith wants to get away from Tomlin??? This team doesn’t remind me of what Steeler teams remind me of? Chuck Noll teams weren’t good in the late 80’s but they played a heck of a lot better on offense. Cowher’s teams weren’t even more consistent on Offense and Defense. No excuses.

He is unfireable, in for life ... no sense wasting the effort it takes to get mad.

We're in mediocrity purgatory. Tomlin isn't going anywhere and neither are the Steelers for the foreseeable future.

Hey! Mike Tomlin absolutely CAN take the Steelers to the Superbowl!

He's going to need to buy a lot of tickets, but he can. And if he gets them early enough, they might even get to sit together!

Agreed. he could easily take a non-winning pop-warner team and make them a non-losing .500 team. Setting the standard. Win some, lose some, lose more after regular season.

Agree. But the bigger issue is people who just stop giving a crap, lose interest, and then stop spending their hard-earned coin. I don't consider myself bandwagon or fickle or whatever, but I watch the steelers to be entertained. I have not been entertained very much watching the steelers this year or for the past several years for that matter. I find myself looking at other avenues for entertainment instead of the steelers. I definitely don't need the aggravation.

Coach T should just wear a ski mask to the press conference as well as the year end review with the boss. Like taking candy from a baby!

I totally get firing Tomlin, but this team is so flawed from a roster stand point that we are up a creek without a paddle for the foreseeable future.

I’m not typically a Tomlin hater but admit he made some costly mistakes tonight. However, Tomlin can’t catch the multiple drops for Pickins or make the game winning throw Russ missed to Pickens at the very end. I gotta believe Pickens would have finally made a worthy catch there.

Also, Tomlin can’t make the dropped catch on the perfect ball Russ threw to P-Frier on the last play (to at least give us a chance) I’m not Tomlin lover or hater … I simply feel theirs plenty of blame to be passed around … in the end the guys are still “so called” professional athletes who gotta make plays, especially when they matter the most.

I try and have hope that Khan and Weidl can build a decent roster but I wonder who made the decision to go with one WR other than Pickens the others are close to just guys that line up as WR but don't offer up much. Oh and the one WR we have is an immature fragile child , he is super talented but there is something not right in his head.
Coach T probably thinks he can help the young man.

The league is a passing game has been for a decade but this idea that that's not Steeler football . I think most fans on here would describe Steeler football as winning football.

If they go one and done this year I would consider a trade for Watt just because a player that good deserves to win a playoff game sometime in in his career.

Wouldn't it be great if he stepped down and retired at the end of this season. We can only hope and dream.

he's not going anywhere unless it's under his own volition. art 2 is making money hand over fist with the steelers remaining competitive year-after-year. it's just enough to keep fans dangling on the hope of a winner and spending $$$.

tomlin's schtick is old and stale.. he can't keep up with these high octane, fast moving offensive teams... he routinely gets outcoached by the better coaches in the league and his in-game management has always left a lot to be desired. this organization needs a fresh start. if Noll's coaching could grow stale, so can Tomlin's

Coaches get fired all the time for these reasons. It's called players not executing thus the team loses games. Everything is a reflection of the coach. If it's not, then why even have a head coach?

How often is the team focused and ready to play? Seems like the same ol' issues/formula no matter who the OC.

Seriously, putting Patterson in late and running a pitch to him? Come on. That is complete hot garbage. No excuse for such a terrible play call.
