Tomlin and his silly neck scarf/mask

Every time I see him in that mask/scarf, it just reminds me how of how strangely his mind must work. Is that really needed at this point? Who else does that now? Doesn't the coach need his face to effectively communicate with his team how he feels. Such a blank look all the time. Last year he was fined for not wearing one. Typical Tomlin weirdness.
