Todd will be a good fit in Cleveland. He was perfect for Ben at the time he came to us. Ben needed a re-boot.
Now in year 15, Ben needed to be allowed to open it up. Hopefully that's what Randy will do.

I'm sure he's licking his chops at the prospects of going against Butler and his coaching staff. If the Steelers don't make some changes on defense, player personnel and coaching staff, Haley will eat them up! Shoot, Deshone Kizer and the Browns offense had little trouble with the Steelers porous defense this season and that OC lost his job! They'll upgrade at OC with Haley and will probably upgrade at the quarterback position and those who are laughing at Haley going to the Browns now won't be laughing then!

I would have doubts on Haley developing a young qb but you never know. Doesn't seem like he has the patience.

The Browns have ruined a lot of potentially good QBs. I don't see that changing.

I'd like to see the Browns win 4 times next year. Against the Ravens and Bengals each x 2

I predict Haley lasts 1 season in Brownsville if he gets the job.

I was wondering if he'd even find work next season but makes sense brownies would hire him.

I can read it now. If the browns ever beat us it will be tomlin and front office fault for letting him go lol

 Yeah, you're right. They did have trouble winning. How could I have forgotten that minor detail, Glenn? Boy, I'm truly thankful that I'm a member of this board and when I get off the rails just a bit my fellow board members reel me back in. I was actually at the last game of the season and if the receiver hadn't wet his pants and dropped the pass on 4th down the Steelers probably lose that game TO THE BROWNS and I freeze my rear end off for nothing. And there is no doubt that we made Deshone Kizer look like a legitimate NFL QB in both games he played against us and he was so bad throughout the course of the season that Hugh Jackson was doing everything he could to replace him including botching a trade with the Bengals for AJ McCarron. But that's okay, seems like I remember us making a lot of other Cleveland quarterbacks look good too, including Johnny Manziel. In fact, our defense seems to have soft spot for mediocre quarterbacks because we seem to be make them all look like Tom Brady. But you are correct, the Browns didn't win. We did! We showed them! :thumbs up:

If he has a bad attitude and is hard to get along with on a team with a winning record what will he be like on an 0-16 team?

I'd think the focus is on keeping the QB alive long enough to develop.
Haley did a good job of improving Ben's health, after the beating BB took under Arians.
