I sure wish Sean Davis could cover a Tight End as well as he covers his restaurant experience on snapchat.

 

REALLY, this is considered causing irreparable damage to this kids psychic,I think his parents just see a chance to grab some money........

but the article describes Davis as saying “Chick-fil-A got little kids. This kid like eight years old.

 

Yeah. This sounds pretty ridiculous the whole way around. I think Art 2 needs to confiscate everyones cell phone and keep them in his desk drawer like a middle school teacher.

Morally you shouldn't publicly humiliate people, especially a teenager working a minimum wage job. But it's not illegal to do so. Just like its not illegal to bang your neighbors wife, but you shouldn't do it because its immoral (and maybe even deadly ).

Privately get an apology, some tickets, and a signed jersey. Anything else is a shakedown.

 

Well, if the court asks Davis to cover any damages...

So, kids at school teased this kid because Davis said he looked 8 years old? That's on the kids at school, not Davis. Davis should have to pay for butchering the King's english! I've only been to Chik fil a a couple of times and they did seem a little slow. (service, not mental capacity)

 

I don't know about all that, but it's become a sad world when you can't point out people's short comings.
How long before players and coaches start suing people on this message board for talking bad about them?
