10 sacks in 10 games this season is impressive. So glad he fell to us in the draft. The best thing is that he hasn't even peaked yet he's still so new to the OLB position.

    Yep.

He is tied for the league lead in forced fumbles if I recall.

    Dude is a monster.

How great would it be to have him and Shazier together again.

Not just TJ Watt but Terrell had one of his best performances all season the same.

He looked more and more comfortable out there as the game went on. Given his immense latent potential, he will likely be a far bigger piece to this defense as the season continues forward.

Again though, how I thought Terrell was going to develop vs. what transpired during Training Camp still yielded the same results I initially thought. Glad to see him overcome his early struggles and cannot wait to see what he can become as the season moves forward.

Ok maybe when it matters more during the game. Like when hit stripped him inside the 10 yard line

TJ is the first Steelers OLB with double digit sacks since 2010. The Steelers made up for their Jarvis Jones mistake, by getting the draft pick of Watt right.

when he stripped the ball from Bortles he was being double teamed and he still pushed them back and got a hand in to knock the ball out. Beast mode activated.

Trust me I I know. It feels like a eternity that the ball is on the ground sometimes .

The offense basically hung the defense out to dry for most of this game, and despite that they didn't give up touchdowns. They were on the field for most of the 1st 3 quarters I think. I give the D most of the credit for this comeback. They'll get their real test vs Drew Brees and the Saints, but I'm encouraged by what I've seen.

To be fair, the only Steeler close to that one was Watt and his momentum was taking him away from the ball after the forced the fumble.

I remember reading an article in which the authors analyzed turnovers and found that while there is a talent for forcing fumbles there is no talent for recovering them. Recovering fumbles is luck based. Hopefully we start getting lucky with some of them.

Recovering fumbles is luck and effort and maybe a little bit of intelligence because sometimes you see a player try to scoop and run rather than just falling on the ball.

upload_2018-11-19_13-23-22.jpeg Gotta make your own luck. Luck is simply preparation meeting opportunity. (for the most part)
