No, I don't think so. Though it was dangerous and stupid and deserved a harsh penalty, I can understand a player losing his **** in the heat of the moment. Claiming that Rudolph used a racial slur, which seems to be a lie, wasn't a heat-of-the-moment thing. He thought about it and did it, knowing full well the damage that could do to Rudolph. That it seemed to just go away tells you that nobody believed Garrett.
