Tired of Losing to these Cheaters and have NO Hope

This was our only chance and blew it. We will never beat them. Think of everything that had to go right and still blew it.

- last minute drive against Bengals
- AB stretch against Ravens
- Dolphins/Chiefs in first two rounds
- No Ravens in playoffs
- Bengals sucking all year
- 2pt called back in Chiefs game
- Carr injured
- No Gronk
- 3 B's actually healthy minus Bell in game.


We will never beat them. We lost to a receiver that played college ball at Monmouth. They will obviously get better and have Gronk next year.

We might not even make the playoffs next year. Battling just to get in while the Cheatriots coast to another 1 seed.

Steelers Nation should boycott the Super Bowl and hope the ratings tank. Then maybe the refs will stop ****ing us. Legit our only chance.

 

I agree with you. We are incapable of beating them, especially when we do the same thing every time. I won't be watching the superbowl, can't stand to see those classless cheaters get their ass kissed for 2 weeks.

 

They will make the playoffs next year. They are still a much better team then both the Ravens and Bengals in this division. Their schedule isn't bad next season either which hopefully will allow the Steelers to win more games and secure a bye week and a top 2 seed. Tomlin with that being said in order for this to happen has GOT to stop losing 2-3 games a season to **** teams.

 

Playoffs isn't a guarantee. Bengals will be better. Ravens are a few players away. Their defense is already better than ours. Definitely no 2 seed and even if we do. Still got to go into Foxborough and get our annual ass beating.

Surely the Pats will get even more weapons. Maybe a receiver not from Monmouth and has actual talent then we are really ****ed with him, Hogan, Gronk, Dion Lewis.

We need to put Ben on ice and wait for Brady/Belicheat to retire. We are never beating them.

Listening to the analysis this morning, it's sickening that the Steelers stuck to their soft zone BS. Everyone with any football knowledge knows Brady and the Patriots picks those defenses apart and there's plenty of evidence of them doing it vs the Steelers. Fk our coaches for playing scared and not adjusting. I truly believe we win the SB in 2001, 2004 and this year if it's not for the Pats, yet we sit around, don't adjust and remain their bitches

 

We have the players to beat them. We just don't have a coaching staff that is smart enough to come up with a game plan to beat them.

It's hard to game plan vs the Pats, because they change depending on their opponent. Sometimes they run it down your throat, others they throw it 50 times. Defensively, they do whatever it takes to take away your biggest threat. Us, we march out with the same plan week after week and say beat us. Well, the Pats take us up on our offer and say thank you for making that so easy

 

Steelers dodged a bullet with Carr getting hurt. Steelers were lucky to make it as far as they did this year by playing Dolphins and Chiefs in the playoffs. No way the Steelers win in Oakland with Carr at QB.

Maybe if we would quit making it easier for them to beat us would help, but we keep helping them to win with the same old defensive and offensive game plans, maybe if we would design a game plan with some new wrinkles and gimmick plays that just might get us a win, like sun tzu said, know your enemy and the element of surprise wins battles.....

 

If the NY Giants can own the Patriots, we should be able to own the Patriots.

We regularly beat the teams that can beat them, that lets me know it's something "mental" going on with the Steelers which is unacceptable.

 

I will DVR it, and only watch after I hear for sure the Falcons throttled the Cheatriots.

 

Steelers will win the sb, as long as someone knocks off the cheatriots. I guarantee we will throw zone at them again.

Maybe. Brady is 39 going to be 40 in August, Ben is going to be 35 soon. I think Ben plays through his current contract then retires.

 

It's maybe a little bit of a mental aspect, but for the most part, we don't matchup well against them. Our soft zone coverage is so easy for that team to pick apart. We knew going into this game that Brady can destroy that kind of defence, yet we went with it any way and refused to even try anything else. We didn't even touch their WR's as they came off the line. We let them run free over and over again and not surprisingly, they torched us.

If we played physical with them and played man, we would have fared much better. Our offence was still terrible so we wouldn't have won either way, but at least we might have slowed Brady down.

All the local radio guys are like "steelers are who they are, they can't change their defensive approach for this game."

But I feel with that zone coverage we needed to play a perfect game to win, where as changing up the defense would have made the game closer and more winnable.
