He’s Tomlin’s favorite, but time to realize he’s a bust. Run game always seems better with Warren. Najee hasn’t displayed any vision or speed. Our run game has always been tepid with him in the backfield.

No, it isn’t. Harris ran well when they finally blocked for him a little in the second half.

I'm not going to bench him. But he is not a player in going to re-sign. Last night there was holes, and he was like a tap dancer.

    What game did you watch?

I remember a play where a hole opened big, and he tapped dance until he was tackled by a player 5 yards away.

I remember the 2 point conversion. I've seen peewee kids hit harder than he did.

His 2 big plays was going to the outside. With the rest that went the outside was a goose egg.

I'm not saying to bench him. But he's someone I would not re-sign.

I still say the run game would be better using both Najee 50% and Jaylen 50%. IMO Warren is every bit as good as Harris.

He doesn't have that burst at the line, I wouldn't bench him, but split his time like they're doing.
He dang sure wouldn't get that 2nd big contract from me.

Warren old school RB. Harris dances around to much. I would not bench.

Najee isn't running well right now. He isn't attacking holes. He is hesitant, and he's dancing too much. The line did him no favors last night, but Warren is clearly the better back right now.

It’s been slowly creeping into my head that Najee just isn’t that good. Looks like Tarzan plays like Jane.

Warren has definitely been outplaying him. Would not surprise me to see the him start to take over the lead roll but not yet. They’ll give Harris more time.

I wouldn't say Harris needs benched. He just needs to be on the field less than he is right now. Warren is the better back at the moment. He has been explosive and has shown an ability to run through arm tackles. Harris has been inconsistent, and sometimes flat awful. Until Harris gets it together Warren needs the biggest piece of the pie going forward.

I saw two big runs. He did get to the outside on that play, and he had a cutback that led to another big run.

He had no shot at all on the two-point conversion. Anybody who looks at that and blames the running back has no idea what they are watching. Clearly, you don't remember it properly because he didn't hit anybody. He left his feet, trying to go over the top because there was no hole at all for him to run through.

Warren was great in his role, mostly as a receiver. He did seem to miss a blitz pickup, though perhaps that was Seumalo's mistake.

Harris can be a monster with a good line. We saw some of that late the last two seasons. Right now, the line is terrible, which is affecting everything else.

I wouldn't re-sign Harris, either. I think they will pick up his fifth year option, then move on.

Tomlins boy Harris won't be benched.

But, Warren needs to get more and more playing time. The kid just hits it hard like he is shot out of a cannon. And is making a difference in the passing game.

Okay for all the Harris lovers, Harris does not hit the hole hard and fast, seems to lack vision and is slow when he catches and turns to go up field. Seems like he is running in quick sand at times. He is not a great or good running back at this time and in comparison to Jaylen it's not even close.

The 2 running plays that Jaylen ran up the middle for 5 yards and 6 yards for a 1st down, Harris would of had 1 or 2 yards if that. Just not even close.

correct - no block buster 2nd contract for him.

decent 1-2 punch IF the OLINE can get their acts together.

Looks like a guy playing not to get hurt. Not surprised since he's right in the middle of the "Running backs aren't appreciated" crowd. We are in a bad situation with him. Thank goodness we have Warren.

Also, Najee did well last year when he went straight ahead. So he can do it, he's just not and that seems like its by choice.
