    How many days/weeks do you guys think it will take Tomlin or the Rooney's to make decisions concerning releasing players or coaching staff. As far as coaching staff is concerned I sure hope they don't wait around and drag their feet.

    No coaches will be let go unless they decide to retire. This team will look very much the same in the coaching department as this year. I do believe we are going to be quite a bit over the cap so I'm sure we have seen the last of Farrior, Hines, Hampton and Smith.
