To turn the page from old style to the new style football. That means we are behind. The throwing game is the game of today and it almost proved itself yesterday. We started to go down field rapidly and if the last past was caught we would have won. That is the way we beat them the first time. They need to have Harris as backup and put Warren as the main man when running. I don’t understand why they waited until the 4th quarter to start using Muth. Team is in complete disarray.

If passing is the "new" style, what difference does it make who your RB is? Why have a running game at all? The pass happy offense worked so well for the Marino Dolphins (they're "new", right) and run heavy offenses like the Ravens are going nowhere!

Not going to happen as long as the enabler gushes over the non losing seasons. Art II is at fault here giving the keys to the franchise lock stock and barrel to Popcorn um Tomlin...

Muth dropped the ball that would have put them in FG range for the win.

They wouldn’t even had enough time to spike the ball and the clock would have run out.

We don't have a qb, we do not have a number 2 receiver and the offensive line has been a dumpster fire since Pouncey retired.

We need to find the next HC of the Pittsburgh Steelers, and modernise our approach to the game, this 1980s football and relying on splash plays isn't working.

All we're doing is losing the game one play at a time every week playing vanilla safety first football, play by play by play.

We are not losing because we're not getting enough "splash" (Tomlin's excuse for gameplanning and coaching failure) we've had our fair share this season, we're losing because we're not good enough to win games playing quality football over 60 mins.

Tomlin's wants to boil everything down to "moments" in a game because if he can do that, he can gloss over the endless poor coaching, and pull the wool over the eyes of those people whose eyes aren't looking at the games in their entirety play by play.

**** this splash and moments football. It's just nonsense.

This Matt Canada 2.0 offense is terrible. Arthur Smith trim off that mustache. Get Williams involved more, he should be in every play. We ain't moving on up with Van Jefferson. A while back they had success with short passes up middle that resulted in 1st down or close to first, then that disappeared. So disappointed these last 4 games. Go Raiders!

I don’t disagree that it would have been difficult, but I am not sure impossible.

Muth dropped the ball at the 13 second mark.

The only way Tomlin leaves is if no one shows up to the stadium. Until that happens he will be back year after year so long as he has his standard non losing season. The Chief is probably rolling in his grave watching this fiasco from up above.

Unless he immediately dropped to the ground and they all ran up I would highly doubt it.

This. A catch would have been just as pointless b/c there's no way they would have been able to spike the ball in time if he did catch it. Just a terrible play.

I think they might have been able to spike with 1 or 2 seconds on the clock, but thats a big might. The real issue is once again clock management!!! How can he stand there and watch 20 seconds tick away without using the timeout. Does he not realize that the clock is more valuable than that freaking time out? I mean he burns timeouts at meaningless times and doesnt use them when its most beneficial. I dont know how a HC can be in this league this long ( 18 years ) and still not understand clock management, timeout usage or when to use a challenge. This boggles my mind that this man still has a job! I know I know, never had a losing season....blah blah blah! When are we going to start counting all the mistakes, the inability to win a playoff game., the lack of a coaching tree, etc...?? The Rooneys better step in and right this coaching staff ASAP. The days of Mikey running the show needs to end and needs to end fast. I honestly dont care if Mike stays, but get some real talent at offensive line coach, DL coach, LB coaches, secondary coaching , the whole damn staff is second rate and Mike needs to get his hands out of the mix. Let your coaches coach or get out of the way. THIS HAS TO STOP!!! The issue is quite obvious at this point.
