Is it safe to say that there may be a thing of too much football? These Thursday matchups have been lackluster to say the least.

Bad enough the Jags did not show up. Worse is the fact that the competition committee cannot predict these types of outcomes and are scrutinized for something that is forced upon them.

    Thoughts?

Most TNF games are terrible. The NFL should be thankful they aren't up against my Cubbies tonight because they would have gotten embarrassed badly. Just our matchup against the Dodgers DOUBLED the local ratings of the Packers vs the Bears in the Chicago area and it was on FS1. A lot of people don't even have that channel or it would have been even worse for the NFL. My buddy is a huge Pack fan and also a Cubs fan and we were watching the Cubbies at the same time and he said he couldn't care less about the Pack game when the Cubs were on but he was having to stream online. I actually have that channel but chose baseball over football. The NFL is infested with fickle fantasy fans anyway.
