You know you are getting old when they start making throwbacks of jerseys that have already been thrown back.

Ok, thanks. I really like the Steelers regular uniforms, I think they're one of the best in the NFL. I'm not that thrilled with the "new" throwbacks, I actually preferred the "bumble bee" ones, weird as they were.

 

Personally I like the block letters and numbers from the 70’s

 

Steelers are one of a small handful of teams that actually improved their uniforms over time. Cowboys, Raiders and KC are a few other examples

most teams screwed up their uniforms and helmet logos.

Same here, they should go back to that.

 

Yeah, the Broncos with snorting horse logo, and the Pats with the patriot snapping the football were cool. The changes are always for the worse. Glad the Steelers have kept basically the same logo and uniforms since the 60's, except for the block letters and numbers.

 

Also bulky shoulder pads that slowed players down. Composites and carbon fiber have sliced them down and made them lighter allowing players to go faster and hit harder than the human body should endure.

Well, at least they look better than those bumblebee throwbacks they used to wear.

 

He did have 14.5 sacks the year Watt missed all of those games, he needs to stay healthy and produce another double digit sack season though.

 

He had that one great year, and that's all. He hasn't hit double digit sacks before , or since, and this is terrible with Watt on the other side get all those doubles, and double, and chips.
