Exactly, Steelers defense was on the field 3 more minutes than the Bungles def last week. Yet they are exhausted?! In the 3 qtr?!?!

The anticipation on that throw was awesome! That was also very good play design. It all started with that motion, to identify man coverage. It looked like C1 to me (high safety man under). That motion also crossed up the defenders at the snap. I'm willing to bet Pickens had his read there and due to leverage, he ran to the corner from the stem of his route (based on defender's leverage). That throw was money and tough as nails to hang in there! Love it!!

No no no....that was a lollipop throw that he didn't step into that was only completed because of busted coverage.

No this is a busted coverage, and people were happy for Him....LoL, and when I then said I could have thrown that....everyone called Me a hater.

Some of the thing mentioned he has already improved on.
Climbing the pocket was big in the Bengals game.

I'm not sold but I think he needs a little more room to grow.
Give him the chance to get out of a look. I enjoy watching the improvement. If he's wrong, ok but let's not shake the confidence and see if he "gets it" on the next read.

I'm fine with the growing pains, I just want to see the growth.

I think you misread my post/intentions here?

I think KP is doing just fine. I was arguing for this! The area below (in my original message) was highlighting what struggling QBs do. KP, in my opinion really does not have any of these bad habits.

The Bengals were moving the ball relatively easily in the first half, too. They had 17 points, so they were on pace to score 34. This was with the offense sustaining drives and putting up 20 points. What was your excuse for the defense in the first half?

It wasn't fatigue. It was a pass rush that wasn't good enough against a team that usually can't protect its quarterback. It was a secondary that couldn't figure out how to cover Higgins or the back out of the backfield. It was a defense that played poorly all game long against a team missing one of the best receivers in the NFL and a quality running back.

Wasn't trying to say you weren't only trying to say he was.

I think we're on the same page here.

Yup Jack has been a disappointment. I had a feeling this was how it would play out when the Steelers picked him up. The lowly Jaguars were no longer interested in keeping him in any capacity so that was pretty much a big red flag in my opinion.
