It grieves me to say this, but Suggs might have been in the right. We don't know all the details, but the explanation he gave of the incident is very plausible.

 

I just binge watched 8 seasons of Cop Cam and there are plenty of "plausible" explanations given by honest looking thugs who then went on to shoot the cop or run them over in their vehicle. Since this is a he said/he said, may be best to let 12 people not smart enough to get out of jury duty decide the plausibility of his story.
