The guy that made up this list is also a contributing editor for PFF, so there you go.

Mosher is a Steelers hater, have seen his name come up bashing the Steelers several times before. Nobody should be worried about any list he puts together

Jimmy Johnson of the 49ers didn't do as much but I do agree with you regardless.

For that matter, Marcus Mosher contradicted his own argument; something he does often.

    So.....

Mel Blount isn't on the list but Night Train Lane is; a Corner who was as physically imposing, if not more, than Blount is?!

    Make it make sense! :lolol:

Yeah he’s a bit overrated alright. Who are these HOF voters? Cowboy fans?

Blount has just as many int’s as Woodson - extrapolated over the same time period. He was so imposing and dominant they had to change the rules. None of the other CB’s on the list could dominate the way he did under the same rules.

The funny thing after the rule change, he adapted and still was dominant. He had 22 of his 58 ints after the rule change and made the pro bowl 3 out of the first 4 years after the rule change. Players that cause rule changes are dominant, Wilt in Basketball, Mel in Football, dare I say Hines as a blocker.

Typical BS. It’s not surprising that he had Sanders as #1. I can agree that Sanders may have been the best at man to man coverage ever, but to rank him as the best corner overall you need to overlook the reality that he became a spectator whenever anyone except the guy he was covering got the ball.
