I have been a Steelers fan since 1972- 40 years!

I have seen the entire careers of Hall of Fame players and reveled in six Super Bowl wins, certainly more than any fan deserves probably. What has really attracted to this team over the past four decades has been the passion, character, and fury exhibited by this franchise, reflective of the city and people it represents.

Today I can claim to have seen one of the most stirring regular season wins in my time as a fan. And this is why...

    I love this football team.

Feel free to add and discuss.

Anytime we beat Baltimore, it is a great game. That's giving them a whole lot of respect. Now, just imagine what we can do with a healthier team in the playoffs!

Not going to lie here. When we went down by 10 points I thought it was over. This team stepped up BIG time today. They played some Pittsburgh Steeler football with backups. They overcame a lot of hurdles today and when we have our field general back it is going to be lights out and a great run through the playoffs. I see us winning out and blowing through the play-offs quite easily if the same team shows up every week that came into Baltimore today. Best game I have seen in a long time!!!

I'm with ya. I also jumped on the B&G bandwagon in '72. It's been a hell of a ride and, now, it continues!

I expected us to lose, and the way we played we should have. But key players showed leadership and grit at the right time and pulled through in the face of adversity. That's one of the many reasons I'm a Steeler fan (despite my pessimism and negativity lol).
