I used to go down to St Louis every November for a band called The Urge. They only play in that area. Haven't been there for a while. They're more of a funk/ska band.

 

Actually, I take it back. I forgot you were the dog n pony show guy. I found a painting of the 3 donkeys that headlined the show, Sammy the Burro, Mortadella and Butros Butros. I'll post it asap.

 

12. @groutbrook has to be the most self aware "troll" in social media history. Is he a troll or isn't he? We'll never know.

Oh yeah I know that band well seen them many times. Steve Ewing owns a Hot dog shop in the “Hill” area of St. Louis.

Yep! Need to try and make it to that joint sometime! Been listening to them for years. Might try and make the summer show they usually do every year

 

My Dad was head of housekeeping at the events center in our town for almost 10 years and he said of all the events they held and acts they had play there, from WWE to rock shows, county, and metal the artist who was the most down to earth and didn't trash the place was Ozzy. The 2nd was Rod Stewart. Some of the worst were the backstreet boys. They asked for the most idiotic stuff then took the fruit baskets and smashed against the walls, trashed the showers. Just rotten people.

 

That's awesome. Ozzy is great. F**king Backstreet Boys...... non rock and rollers trying to be rock and roll.

Nah, it all melted when the sun came out. What shuts this whole county down is when it rains, like now. 1/2" of rain and half the city is flooded. Very poor drainage here!

 

He was a great member no doubt. I miss him too. Every time I see anything ghostbusters or teenage ninja turtle I think about him

 

We used to converse through PMs but, I haven't heard from him in a couple of years. He's probably at Disneyworld!

 

Parts of my city are like that as well.

 

See, now where i'm from, it snows heavy regularly and the drainage is bad.
