On The Trib, there is a mention of how Troy Polamalu's wife, Theodora, has been getting some publicity on her Twitter account for being critical of her husband.

"She's my biggest critic," Polamalu said.

Since I do not Tweet, I do not know exactly what her words were about her husband's play. However, as a result of reading this, I am expecting big plays from Troy this week, what do you think?

I looked her up on Twitter but couldn't find her. I think she may have disabled her account.

Thanks for trying. I just hope it motivates Troy this week. I think it will be one of his best games of the year.

She probably told him to stay the hell off the phone during games. Those calls are expensive :lolol:

All she said was the truth. She said Troy was "not on the ball today, but would work it out for sure." She also said the "defense has to play better next week against New England or we will get embarrassed again like last year."

But here is my personal favorite, after the give-up draw play at the end of the first half:

"Why the F would u run the ball now #unbelievable"

I have never tweeted, twittered, or tworted, but for the first time in my life I want to follow someone on there. Too bad she changed her mind/was silenced.

    Plus she's hot!

LOL.. Do we know who called whom?

This kind of reminds me of Pounceys mom prior to the Superbowl telling Coach Tomlin or rather asking if they could shoot Maurice up for pain and then he could play. True story

I follow troy on twitter but its kind of boring . He has alot of spirit and beliefs which dont involve alot of chatter about football. He tends to put up videos that he likes and charities and human interest stories.

I also follow Ryan Clark and Silverback.. More energy there hehe.. Ryan pretty much chronicles his life through Twitter

Great follow up! Thanks, I had been wondering what exactly she said that made him feel that he had to publicly respond. The comment about playing better so they will not be embarrassed made me happy to hear. I hope he plays lights out tomorrow!

I keep up on most of their feeds, too. I agree that Troy's is pretty boring. I mean, I respect that he uses his status to do good and send a message, just not very entertaining in regards to football. I should make a list of player's twitter and facebook pages in case anyone wants to check up on them.
