    of course you have to clean it pretty good

    I love beef tripe too and beef tongue
    but I really do prefer more game animals

    Somebody was telling me the other day that tongue is pretty good and I just could never eat that. I'm really picky though. I don't even eat vegetables at all. I like meat and fruit and candy. LOL.

    Take a whole wheat wrap. Drizzle with extra virgin olive oil.

    Add 1-2 slices of roasted or smoked turkey. (or more if using thin deli slices)

    1 slice Swiss cheese.

    2-3 slices of tomato depending on thickness. Salt and pepper to taste.

    Liberal amount of raw spinach. (may substitute with romaine lettuce if you prefer)

    1 half avocado sliced. Light salt and pepper. Sprinkle of lemon or lime juice.

    wrap it all up and eat. Pure flavorgasm and healthy too.

    Man. What a shame. That is so utterly sad. I've not heard anything about that. Hawkins county is quite a ways from here. My in-laws are both nurses at Children's Hospital and they see stuff as bad as this on a routine basis. Not too long ago a guy beat his girlfriend's 5yr old to death for peeing on himself. There are some sick, sick, people in this world.
