I've been saying all season that the Ravens are smoke and mirrors. Now with us peaking at the right time, I'm even more confident we will beat them. :herewego:

Their defense does not look good at all. It didn't look good even before Webb and Lewis went down. If we just play like ourselves, we should win. Their offense goes the way of the Flacco, which could be up or down. It has potential to put up points on anybody, but it's not scary by any means. Our offense is much more threatening in my opinion. And if our OL is playing well? Forget it. On defense, our resident weak links Keenan Lewis and Larry Foote are playing well? Even Will Allen?

I`m definitely not as scared of them as I was before the season began, but let`s not kid ourselves...
Us and Them is a war pretty much every game, except for the rare blowout.
We suffered ours last... Time to give them theirs!!
Our offense seems to be heading in the right direction, and our D has gotten better...
But I am not ready to guarantee a sweep yet.
I haven`t been paying attention to if they have stuck with the no huddle type O that they started with, but if they have, that still worries me.
At any rate, that was a great article, thanx, SteelaGirl!!!
    GO STEELERS!!!

Quite. Form goes out of the window when Pittsburgh play Baltimore, along with most of the rules and all of the sportsmanship. And that is why the match ups are so great.

No surprises in that article to me. I've been saying this all along. This 5-3 team is much better than the 6-2 Ravens and we'll get a chance to show it over the next month.

It's SO nice to see us running the ball with some authority once again. It's been a while since i've felt good about our running game and that's something that use to be a staple of our offense. With the o-line finally looking like they know what they are doing now it appears that we may finally have our precious running game back and it feels good :rawk:

I believe we are peaking at the right time and the rest of our division is hitting their slump. As long as we stay healthy I have a very good feeling about the rest of the season. :yeehaw:

The Oline always knew what they were doing, but unfortunately we had a lemon at OC. Can't believe he lasted for 5 years, still blows me away. Sure, we won, but we won despite him, not because of him. If it wasn't for Ben extending plays, his calls would have resulted in a ton of losses.

It's no coincidence that Haley comes in, practices the run until the players are sick and tired of hearing the word run, then he practices it some more. His very first practice he ever ran, he practiced something like 30 running plays in a row before moving onto his 1st passing play. BA rarely practiced running plays. That says a lot right there.

The problem was slightly the OL, but moreso BA

Its nice to get noticed but the Steelers
    Code:
play better [color=#FF4080]when they are the underdogs and everyone hates em[/color]. IMO.[/quote

because they need to find a motivation when tomlin can't give them

Oh believe me, I agree completely. But I was referring to this seasons o-line. They struggled early on, and had to deal with injuries too, but they are finally helping the run game get some traction and it's nice to see.
