Give Bell 25 carries, keep the Chiefs offense off the field.

If Tomlin & Haley don't run the ball at least 30 times I think Big Ben gets hurt. He might be gun shy on slinging the rock.

Oh the key to winning isn't targeting AB 20 times to keep the business boomin?

We better come to play. After a disaster of a game last week, we better come out p*ssed off and ready to go.

I think we will rise up, but have no idea if even that is enough. If we lose horribly, it will be hard to have hope going forward.

Say SG - are you talking about the team or the fans? I can only speak for the latter and I guarantee we are already there on both counts. :thumbs up:

Sort of a repeat of last year, we were 4-1 after 5 games then lost 4 games in a row to have a 4-5 record, then they won 7 in a row, this team cant stand prosperity, of course last years Ben and this years Ben is two different QBs, dont know if this team can over come a 4 game skid this year....

Last year when we were 4-5, I started calling for a run out of the regular season to go 11-5 on this board and bet it to happen. I felt a lot better about the team last year than this year. Of course that can change pretty quick if they can string a few wins together. The next couple of games will tell me a lot about this team. If they can show some life it could still wind up being a good year. I have been able to luck out and win my $500 weekly bet each of the first 5 games by betting the under on each of the Steeler games. The under is 46 this week. I'm thinking the best bet might be the over this week.

We smoked them at home and went into arrowhead last year. They haven’t beaten us since 09 when Big Ben plays. The Chiefs fear us.

Our boys are focusing on the wrong things. We are going to lose and it isn't going to be pretty. Chiefs are playing flawless football right now. This isn't the Chiefs team of the past. 35-17 Chiefs and next week there will be just that many more people b!tching. More drama.

I actually think we do as well. I respect the hell out of what the Chiefs have done, but I think we'll take it.

Chiefs haven't had a turnover yet this season, that can't last. We are due some breaks and I think we match up with them pretty well. I think we win this week.

I do not think the Steelers will beat the Chiefs. I know they have to beat the Chiefs.

This team is at a crossroads offensively on how to succeed. This upcoming game is going to be very telling on how they plan to attack teams moving forward. Realistically, Ben should not be slinging the ball 40 or more attempts anyway to begin with due in part to arguably the best running back in the game.

Should the Steelers lose that game..... I am going to be intriguied to see what the post game comments will be.

Again, not saying a loss is certain. I do think we can win but quite a bit of that is going to come down to both Haley and Ben.

Alex Smith is averaging 278 yards per game through the air.

We have the number one rated pass defense.

I concur. More specifically, this truly feels like last year after the blowout loss to Philidelphia. "Redemption Game" vibes are really exuding from my perspective. More specifically this is Artie Burns and Sean Davis' redemption games.

Up until yesterday, Artie was doing really good. As for Sean, not so much. Both need a big game for us to win against Kansas City.

Dare I say our pass defense is the product of teams just needing to run + bad qb's we faced? lol Very inflated stat imo.

I was wrong about our defense they suck. When you know your opponent is going to do 1 thing and can't do anything else, AND you still are unable to stop them, you suck. Bears and Jags literally did one thing over and over and we could not adjust or stop them even stacking the box.

Getting destroyed might be the only thing to wake this team up. Maybe getting embarrassed by Jville did it, but if it didn't, we will need a wake up call.
