    He threw over 100 more passes this past season then he did the year before, he led the NFL in passing attempts by 47 attempts, and was the only guy to go over 700 this yr. He wasn't close to 700 last yr. Stop it..

    I guarantee if Lamar Jackson throws 1000 times more attempts than anyone....I He has more yards,and Tds....He will win the MVP.
    Since when has attempts been a factor???:shrug:

    Not if lamar was in alot of blowouts playing late in the game throwing to pad stats. It matters in the context of what happened with Brady. Every mvp case is unique.

    Perhaps, however if TJ Watt not only breaks but blows away the sack record then it is possible. He had 22.5 in 15 games last year. If he averaged 1.5 sacks per game again this year and stayed healthy he could get 25 or 26 sacks in a season.

    Even with that I just don't see it with what these qbs do in this Era of football.
