I wouldn’t say it’s just the afc. According to what I just read 17/32 teams are averaging 20 points or less a game. That’s absolutely terrible.

Have you watched the Colts, Broncos, and Bears on offense?

They all won last weekend, and the Bears are NFC.

What about Shazier? I thought he was a good, not great, player but seemed like all of our defensive issues for a couple of years were due to his absence which to me was BS. JMO>

Losing Shazier started a domino effect on D that Steelers still haven't recovered from. Yeah... we have Watt, Heyward and Fitz, but the middle of the field is vulnerable thanks to the mediocrity at SS and ILB.

I see you and others foolishly trying to dismiss the importance of losing the best defensive player in the league, one of the top 10 players in the game, mostly driven by a hatred of Tomlin.

They lost to the Patriots by three. You don't think Watt could have changed that game?

He has dominated the Browns in his career. I'm not sure even he would have been enough to turn it, but at worst, the Steelers would be 2-1 right now with him. That's not a defense of Tomlin, who I said should be fired years ago. It is an understanding of the impact Watt has on the game, something you seem to lack.

Well at least the talking heads seem to be right about their predictions for the AFCN.

Browns don't have myles Garrett this week who while not as great as tj is about a tick below. You think they will look like trash without him?

Atlanta doesn't have an offense line anywhere near Cleveland's, which was the only offense to make Pittsburgh's defense look like trash.

Or is this too, some crazy rumor going around? :)

LOL... Look at that PF column; we are not even close to competing in this Division.

Only for a couple of days until the Steelers crush the Jets, then the Bengals will be back in last place.

The Steelers caught the Patriots at the wrong time, Brian Hoyer is their starter now .

Patriots ran it on the Steelers just like the browns did. They just don’t have a monster like Chubb in the backfield. And Atlanta offensively looked good vs the rams and saints.
