They will force Lamar to turn the ball over twice, Pickens and Wilson play a lot better this game. Who's with me?

    :herewego!:

I'm with ya! Won't take much for Pickens to be better than last game!

I’m with you on this. Told my son before the playoff line up was announced that we would be better off playing the Ravens first round than any other team.

We have to force at least 3 turnovers and score off of everyone of them. Plus we have to play a perfect game on offense, no turnovers, no TD's or even first downs called off because of a penalty. If both teams play to the best of their ability we will lose by 20 points. We have to play a mistake free game and force them into a bunch of mistakes in order to eek out a 20-19 win.

We always play them tough but I have no faith in RW right now and GP is checked out. Not sure how we can pull it off but you never know.

    we have a chance
we cant run for 1 yard on first down
and then run for 1 yard on second down
and then expect Wilson to bail us out every third down
    its just not possible.

    play good offense
play good defense and we have a shot

and hopefully their kicker misses a FG or two....

The Steelers did beat them without scoring off every turnover and they certainly weren't perfect on offense in that game.

These people think that Lamar is going to throw for 565 yards. 6 TD’s. Run for 134 and 2 TD’s and Henry 168 for 3 TD’s while Justin Tucker kicks 7 50+ yard FG’s. I don’t know what Steelers Vs Ravens match ups they been watching over the years.

I have no doubt we can beat them. Despite what some think, I believe this is a very good football team. Wilson isn't great, no, but he's good enough to get the job done if other things go right.

We need better playcalling than we've been getting lately, on both sides of the ball. Run, run pass isn't going to work. Pitch plays to Najee aren't working. Aurthur Smith needs to re-think how he's been doing stuff and he needs to get more creative. On defence, we can't be sitting in cover 3 with 1 guy 25 yards deep. We're basically taking 1 guy out of the equation on most plays.
Pickens needs to man up. When he doesn't sell a route, it lets the safety forget about him and move on to where the ball is actually going. He needs to run his routes properly.
We need fewer drops. I know drops happen, but we aren't good enough to overcome a bunch of them. Guys need to catch the ball when it's thrown to them.
Dan Moore Jr has to play better and/or get help. He flat out sucks. Jones is athletic and does a lot of things right, he just needs more time and clearly better coaching than he's been getting. When the Oline breaks down, Wilson has to step up into the pocket and throw the ball. He's holding it too long at times and scrambling other times when there was room to step up and deliver the ball.

Do those things, limit mistakes, don't make lots of dumb decisions like we sometimes do, and we will win.

The key to winning this game is our OL. If they give RW time or even open a few holes for Najee and Warren, our defense knows how to limit both Lamar and Henry. It will be a blow out if we play flat or undisciplined.

I'm actually more worried about Henry than Lamar. Every time I try to convince myself they will keep it close I keep getting flashbacks of that Curtis Martin fog game. Did you just randomly pull a number for those stats for Henry? Because they are almost exactly what Martin had in that game. 166 yards and 3 TD's

GP will respond with a better performance by catching a few moon balls.

Nah. I just plucked them from my brain. Heck. The way some fans are acting around here I should go throw $10 down on it. I’m sure it would pay incredibly if it hit. Then again I think the Steelers will pull the upset.

I went over to the Ravens message board and their biggest worry is that Russ gets hurt early and Fields comes in the game. They fear that the Ravens will be unprepared to face a totally different QB than Wilson.
