I guess it could be worse.

Jim Mora and Marvin Lewis have both coached over 12 years in the NFL and their won/loss percentage is 0%.

What player(s) are the leaders on this team? Coach Tomlin can't be the leader....it has to be a player on the field. This is what we are missing. ...that vocal player that has the respect in the locker room,on the field,and off the field.

So what are we paying (5-7 million/yr) MT for?Is he not the HC? Is he not suppose to have the players mentally prepared, focused each and every game? Putting these players in a position to succeed?MT has been in the league long enough to have an idea of his team's focus on game day. Cmon MT feel the pulse.

Can't help but concluding the players get swelled heads over press clippings. It seems like every major local and national sports story posted this past week about the Steelers came back to bite them on the asses and crumbled like an imported beach chair this past game:

1. Jerry Rice calling out "AB is the best young receiver in the game today -- he can do it all!" Then he comes out and fumbles twice.
2. "Steelers Offensive Success Has Munchak's Fingerprints All Over It!" Offense and OL falls flat on it's face.
3. "Clear off a Shelf In Canton For Big Ben!" BB comes out and throws 2 horrible interceptions and his most miserable first 3 Qtrs of the year.

The list goes on and on and..............................
