The run game

Seemed to me the only weak link in the defense is the run game. Michel and Burkhead were getting big chunks of yardage. If they don't take care of this it will come back to bite them. I suspect they did not have the personnel required to stop the run .

 

Do you remember when Manning was going for the touchdown record Single season?

You could have dropped all eleven guys into coverage and they still were going to throw.

Pats...same thing. They can't help themselves. They might run here and there...but ultimately they will throw the ball. Brady is going to get Gronk into the game. Even if they aren't wide open...he's gonna try.

 

They were rushing the crap out of tommy so they switch it up and started running and running. Why no adjustments were made at this point does concern me but hey, it is Butler were talking about here.
