I used to know a guy that decided we were on the brink of a catastrophic food shortage. His reasoning was there are 90,000 people in his county and only one chicken processor. 90,000 people x 3 meals a day =270,000 meals a day. There’s no way that one chicken processor could come up with 270,000 chickens a day. Tried pointing out to him nobody eats 3 whole chickens a day. Chicken isn’t the only thing he eats yada yada yada the last I heard he’s still thoroughly convinced that plant has to come up with 270000 chickens a day.

 

I think you'd be in his house a long time before you found a book.

My whole problem that everyone that thinks it's scripted will not answer is......Why would You even bother scripting, and making thousands of players keep a secret....When all You need is one ref. Yet they will not answer this.

 

I told the story in another post. There was a Ref, long gone, who admitted he would make favorable calls for his favorite team. He never would say who his favorite team was. This was back in the 80's. Then again, maybe he was just BSing?

You're equating the nfl fixing games with the Manhattan Project????? Wow. The security around the Manhattan project was very tight. They were under the threat of legal action if they revealed anything. Now try and line that up with this idiocy of the NFL fixing games is absurd.

 

His example doesn’t work for an even better reason. People did in fact leak info of the project and what they were doing.

It's the same thing in the NFL, players sign non-discloser agreements

Forget about all this other outside stuff, the best evidence for the NFL being rigged is the actual games themselves. I honestly don't know how anyone can't at least consider that the NFL could be rigged/scripted? Watch the games with a discerning eye! People always put the blame on things like "bad officiating", "dumb play calling", and "players errors", but they never consider that it might all be done intentionally.
