Really, really good drive. I'm quite impresst. It seems like Aaron Rodgers' presence has been a positive development for Mason Rudolph. He definitely seems to be playing with a noticeably renewed confidence and poise. When your QB1 is someone as old as Rodgers is, and who is therefore more likely to be injured at some point, you love to see your QB2 looking awesome.

 

Mason had time, had a nice pocket to move around in. went through his reads and threw darts to the open receivers.

The offense really looked a lot like Stefanski's in Cleveland with Baker at QB. Lots of misdirection off the run game and some vertical seam shots. If our offense can run the ball with a good bit of success, we're going to be a lot tougher to handle.

 

Blame the NFL at large for that.

I agree with the sentiment though.

 

You'll enjoy our Safety room this year then... Thornhill, Clark, and Elliott all can bring the body. Ramsey isn't afraid to bring the wood too. Our S room wont be as flashy as years past, but they have a good group of solid guys that will lay you out if you make a mistake.

I hope the long drive by the opposing offense will not be a problem this year like it was at the end of last season....No big deal since this is preseason but the steelers offense with only 1 drive in the first quarter.....
