Uh oh looks like Herbig went down holding his knee after making a tackle. Hope it isn't anything serious.

You're probably right. Black looks really good. I am guessing they will use him in certain sets, which should help him stay fresh.

Brian Baldinger said it was Herbig but they didn't show a replay and the feed to Latrobe was immediately cut so not sure who it was.

The feed was cut while the player was still on the ground, maybe they got up and walked off. Won't know what happened for a while.

I hope it isn't anything serious for him. The handoff to Johnson was blown up at the line and a pile of players all went down. Herbig was the first to make contact so Baldinger might have thought that he was the one grabbing his knee. There was just a split second shot of it and the feed was immediately switched to another training camp.

16 TDs is the most passing TDs by a Steelers QB since 2021; I think that will change this season with Rodgers at QB.

Chat with Aaron Rodgers. Showing a lot of humility. Has a lot of good to say about Zach Frazier. Basically that he has not learned the offense yet and that Zach keeps seeing things for him, but that won't always be the case. He has some good things to say about a few people, but he really seems to be impressed with Zach.

I just saw the replay on the play and it was clearly #72 that was injured. Also from what I saw in the replay it was Jack Sawyer who led the charge on the gang tackle not Herbig. Baldinger called the play live without seeing the replay and giving him the benefit of the doubt the practice jerseys don't have the players name on the back.

And yet there is a challenged member on this board who thinks quarterback ranking is more important than touchdowns

    QB ranking?...I said QB rating

My point was yes TD is important for a QB but this is not the only stats who matter for a QB....The Jets throw for 70% in the red zone last year, the most in the NFL,so of course the TD by a QB will abe higher in this case but overall it was not a good year for Rodgers and if Rodgers is the same that last year, the steelers offense will be mediocre

Of course,he can be better and the steelers need him to be better if the steelers want to at least compete with the best

You had me worried when your post said Herbig was injured, I started searching for info on it.
