They are taking J Porter Jr if he’s there.

Agreed on JPJ. I’d go OT personally but I understand not wanting to trade up to grab one of the top guys

I think they will take that Ol from Georgia, Broderick Jones at 17. Then a CB at 32

I certainly hope not, it would be another first round reach in a long 10 year list of them.

Khan believes in the trenches, I HOPE he sticks to his convictions. IF Porter is there at 32, then yes, maybe.

altho, I would wait for a CB till our 3rd pick with a deep CB draft

thank you, you all can pay me later.

i would not jump up unless we are going top 10. but then we have to give too much away.

unless we are packaging up Diontae or something wild!

I’m pretty set on Broderick or Porter at 17.

Also like Lukas Van Ness but doubt he is here. Broderick probably won’t be here either for that matter.

Less popular, Nolan Smith but man he has great tape. I wouldnt hate this pick and would be excited about his upside while being worried about another smallish player getting washed out of plays.

Way less popular, Kancey. I just like this guy and not because of the Donald comparison, that just comes from similar physical profile. I just love the way he gets after the QB.

If he is there at 32 I will be pounding the table for him. I don’t think Steelers have any interest though.

Carter over Jones and banks over Porter jr. I don’t see how klancey fits the steelers

LOL - i would not call it stupid IF it was a STUD DL or STUD OL top player draft move up + we can then grab a young WR then somewhere. Diontae is playing his last year here, I think. Why not make the transition now, IF - a BIG IF - we can get great value for him.

it's always about right player and right price, even you know that.

trading a proven commodity for an unproven commodity is stupid. A bird in hand is worth two in the bush does apply here.

Won't happen but I would love to see Quentin Johnson out of TCU in black and gold.

Ahhhhhh. It’s draft day. Where the future arrives and potential stars are born. I look forward to watching the commissioner fake care and handshake a bunch of random dudes who have the same “nobody beleed in me” stories and how every kid came from some Eastern Block like civil war community in the United States.

Oh, and of course, the cries and moans of some of the pu***es in here about how Matt Canada sucks at drafting even though he has very little say and why Mike Tomlin and Mr Rooney miss on players they should have drafted. Let’s do this!

I want the draft to get to the Steelers quickly. At a minimum, the first 5 picks should not be milking the clocks so the announcers would have time to talk about their team.

Steelers have whiffed more often than not in the first round since 2013. Hope the Khan era improves on this.

Those picks are premium, teams will use the whole clock to listen to trade offers.

Jones for sure but i'm not a fan of Porter at 17. Gonzalez might be there at 17. That's a no brainer if Jones is not there. I feel a trade up a bit to get Jones though.

Can't stand that smug commissioner. He's a terrible human being. I'll still be watching though. I hope the Steelers hit it big this year!

I originally was hoping for Porter, but now I'm hoping one of the big-time OT's falls to us.
