KC having a nice draft, putting together a good secondary.

It looks like all of them could fall to the third round.

I initially had him in the fourth months ago. After evaluation, I thought he would be in the third. Guess not!!

OK I pose this question to you all. With the amount of defensive talent on the board would you trade next years 2nd round pick for a high 3rd round pick to take a DT like Travis Jones, or LB Dean, keeping our original 2022 3rd round pick for one of the safeties Cross, Cook or Woods. Maybe even an OT like Bernhard Raimann, Daniel Faalele, or Rasheed Walker.

What say you! We just lost Cook!

    Allen.

Guess seeing the likes of Diggs and Chase truly shook them up a bit.

... Well... that... and their division is.. just that good.

Disagree…somebody would have traded up into the bottom of the first to grab him.

I'd take Ridder in the 5th or 6th, and trade or out right release Rudolph to make room.

    Allen.

    This is SDOT's usual schtick.

He has been proven wrong many times. He will be done so again. No worries there. Kevin Colbert will be getting a gold jacket whether SDOT likes it or not.

    Hopefully.

That said, look for Nick Cross as well. Would not shock me if he is the pick.

How the draft went up to our pick and gone since. Nobody after us in 1st needed a QB. Nobody reaching on Willis.

    Nice Buffalo!!!

James Cook is a great addition. Outside runner but he has homerun capability.

Not gonna lie. I'm not so sure that's true. Doesn't mean he wouldn't be a very good QB

Which speaks to what the rest of the league thinks about the other QBs. Given the fact that Pickett has been the only one selected, the first one in the first round no less, the rest of the league believes Pickett is the only one who they believe that is worth drafting.

Regarding Willis.... again, teams know a hell of a lot more than any of us ever would. Perhaps there is something more to it for Willis than others. That said, the mere fact that even the likes of Corral or even Howell not being selected is telling.
