The Mike Tomlin (and general coaching) Complaint Thread

Truthfully, it doesn't matter to me who calls them either. What really matters is the plays aren't getting communicated to the rest of the defense right. I don't know if this is PQs fault or Austin's fault. Changing the green dot from PQ just might solve a lot of our problems and if they persist, especially on a communication standpoint, then we gotta look at removing Austin from playcalling duties.

 

And some people still won't believe what the local media says

 

Dipshits who cover the team daily don't know what they're talking about oh okay . You ever think Butler was forced out and had an axe to grind.

 

It was clarified Butler was not correct in the regard people want to take

But people would rather stick to the conspiracy

 

Even if Tomlin doesn’t call the plays…it is still Tomlin’s defense. Austin is calling plays based on Tomlin’s direction.

 

Who cares who calls the plays. It's Tomlin's team, he hired Austin, he's kept Austin around, and he just said he is largely pleased with Austin and plans to keep doing what they've been doing. "We just got to keep doing what we're doing and do it better."

Andy Reid has an offensive coordinator.... how often does the TV shows the OC playcalling during a game? Answer; never

 

Pretty sure he said the same things about Matt Canada.... right up to the point he fired him.

My only real complaint so far this season is we need to keep pounding the run game. Run the ball 70%of the time. Just keep doing it. Seen our offense thrive off the run this season.


I don't know... if it's the coaches changing out of that, if the QB is changing out of it, whatever or why. My complaint is we abandon our run game when we should be leaning on it.

 

I think Tomlin should be removed, PERIOD.

 

They have good games against the Steelers and then the love affair begins.....

 

Regardless of who calls the plays this is Mike Ts D and he can override whatever the issues might be. He is supposed to be a defensive guru we spent the most money on D and yet have a bottom 5 unit. At what point is this man held accountable???? Unreal the apologists. He’s the freaking HC!

 

I heard Butler was fired probably why he does a radio interview and says that.

 

The difference is Reid has a play sheet and Tomlin doesn't

 

That's some crap you guys made up Tomlin was a DB coach then DC for one year, how does that make a guy a defensive guru?
