Humans never evolve to their full potential, divine self or reach enlightenment while locked in a cage. The lower vibrational frequencies will trap oneself into a life of anger and failure. What we really need to strive for is to be higher on the vibrational frequency chain. Living a life of love, joy, peace and finding enlightenment.

A rigid structure gives players more freedom to be better humans, to do good, excel in life, and gravitate towards their spiritual journey. A zero tolerance policy keeps football players out of the cage and away from being trapped by less freedom from lower frequencies.

What we're talking about is essentially is our soul journey but not necessarily having any religious aspect to it.

Not that I ever want to defend the loser, but the fact that 85 and Harisson went public with what they said DK told them, doesn't that satisfy (b)? then it's a matter of who you believe for (a): the loser, or DK.

I'm very impressed at the number of accomplished attorneys here on the MB. Where did you guys go to school, Ronald McDonald's school of law?

Sounds about right since the city was destroyed back in AD 551. JEH - class of 50. Is that 1950? Nah, thats 550, beeyatches.

And yes, I had to look up Berytus.

You assume that he will tell the truth. I have seen lots of rumors about things he said, but if there is no real proof of that, he is just going to deny it all.

I never assume anyone tells the truth but when you get into depositions the truth comes out in strange ways. Some people can't help themselves especially when they think they know more than everyone else. If you've heard of Billy Mitchell his deposition is just viewing gold of someone who could not shut his mouth when he thinks he is right. His lawyer continuously tells him just say yes or no and he can't help but keep talking. Other times you have people who come off horribly and if it goes to trial a jury will see how horrible that person is. I watched a police officers deposition in a violating of a person's civil rights and he came off as a petty, vindictive ego driven cop who didnt know the law or respect it beyond the fact that it gave him power.

In my estimation this guy and his lawyers are hoping for all parties to settle and sign an NDA so they get some money and no one talks about it but any and all parties should fight it to the max.

This sounds good - and is an intriguing topic of study - but is stretching the actual, measurable vibrational frequency that quantum physics has shown all things comprised of atoms to possess, and carrying it forward to postulate that human enlightenment, thought, and emotion can be measured in similar frequencies.

I've not seen any data supporting that (yet!).
