Its a big game because it will be the 1st real major challenge this season. Have to slow down Henry we all know but can't let Tannehill get comfortable. A big test for the front 3.

I expect Claypool to continue on his upward track and hope to see McDonald more involved. Also hope Spillane can continue his perfomance of last week.

    Hilton and D Watt out.

Gonna be a tough one but in the end the Steelers prevail....

I'll take that. If we win our AFC games, especially Ravens. I don't really understand some of our fans' obsession with the Cowboys? I get that we used to have a rival from Superbowls, but they are largely irrelevant to me. Not even in our conference.

I Can't not wait for this game...pins and needles. I hope Spillane can handle things. Tomlin seems to think so!

They just drive me crazy. Wearing my Steeler gear shopping this morning and I get assaulted with comments like you're playing a real team today (my reply, the eagles aren't a real team) or time to come back down to earth. My favorite, hey we are both in first place.

I do not see this as a big game really. Exciting and meaningful to see how/where this team is in terms of development against a really good team. Even if they (as a team) stink it up and get blown out I do not think it indicates much. The Chiefs are 5-1 and have looked shaky in a couple of games, so I do not see this game as significant from a season stand point. It is interesting to see how they respond to significant injuries, going against another top running team, and seeing if they have a 'chip' after this game being delayed.

With no preseason and the Steelers usually starting slow this is the point of the season where they (when winning) started to really gel. So is this a game where a let down happens, or are they still building toward a peak. Last week was their best game to date from a team perspective. All phases of the game were working, less Ben (but good Ben) was actually a good thing.

I’m shocked that they think the eagles franchise is at the same level as the Steelers lol.

this is what I think when I hear the name Eagles

Besides the obvious difference in ownership it is ridicules to think Pittsburgh and Philly are on the same level. Pitt is 1330 feet higher in sea level, Philly is about the same level as NY (as in the Jets), you know just keeping your head above water.

Watched a replay of the Titans and Texans game (Titans should have lost) and the other weapon to watch out for is TE Anthony Firkser - while Henry had a monster game thanks to a 94 yd TD run and a 40-50 yd pass reception, Firkser caught 8 passes for 113 yds and a TD and was always open and moving forward. Tannehill looked sharp most of the game and has improved his quick timing of passes but is susceptible to turnovers - he had a strip sack TO deep in his own territory and a lobbed INT pass at a bad time. Steelers should be able to employ the bend don't break method today with all the TN O weapons and be victorious if minimizing penalties and avoiding costly TO's. Will also help if they score more points.

But the Titans don't have a pass rush, the Steelers do :hehehe:.
