how come i wasen't notified of the biggest steeler fan boner contest.

 

If someone says that we should just give up on the season and shoot for high draft picks then I say they are not a true fan.

If someone says that we are better off or that we don't deserve to be in the playoffs because we will be one and done then I say they are not a true fan.

I can go on if you want?

No need to go on Glenn. I think you missed the spirit of my post which was calling you out about what you believe a "true" fan is. I don't question your loyalty and support of the Pittsburgh Steelers. And nor do I question any other MB member's fandom. Everyone who takes the time to come here to read threads, participate in the discussions about their beloved Steelers, share constructive ideas, second guess decisions, question strategies & schemes, personnel choices, and celebrate the successes of this team is a true fan in my book. So you really should slow your roll on your "true fan" horseshat and accept that not everyone thinks the way you do or believes what you do.

I respect your opinion, I guess I just get frustrated with what I perceive as quiting on the team or jumping ship at the sign of trouble.
